sushi & stir fry
there really isn't a need to explain much further, but i did learn a valuable lesson. even though the bag of potstickers say to add two tablespoons of oil, heat and add potstickers...that's not the way you do it. you apperently fry them one at a time, so that the bottom fries up and then you add water to steam the rest of the actual potsticker. who woulda known? oh yeah...meredith duh!

but in all honesty, it was a great night of sushi making, meredith's delicious chicken, broccoli & asparagus stir fry and good company. viva el casa de meredith & ann!
