what do you get when you put together 5 friends, 4 mcs and 1 dj

you get ann, meredith, teresa, phil and dan at the jurassic 5 show at the showbox. it had been over 3 years since j5 played at the showbox and were overwhelmed that the venue sold out. i haven't seen a crowd that pumped in...well...a long frickin time. little boys were b-boying it in the isles, no one sat down and every single person played along with the open/close game.

jurassic 5 has a new album coming out next tuesday called feedback. although they are promoting, they weren't afraid to play mostly old stuff, mixing in the new. i do have to say that i enjoyed the tracks off the new album, and have full intention of purchasing it.
